1. Titanium Hollow Bar.   

It is produced from rod.

First we need to produce a solid rod, then drill a hole through the center of rod; Then we make honing process on inner holes, then straitening the hollow bar, finally make turning on out surface.

We can make the hole diameter tolerance +/-0.06 mm; Roughness Ra 0.8 to 1.6

The most common product is Gr5 ( Ti-6Al-4V ) hollow bar.

Titanium ingot is from high purity Titanium sponge.

Ti content from 98.5% to 99.75%;

And we can also provide high purity ingot, which purity can be Ti content 99.95%.
