Titanium Tube

For the Titanium Seamless Tube, we choose best tube blank as material, to guarantee good quality from the resource.

Usually, the titanium tubes as ASTM B338 standard, to control the chemical elements, mechanical property, tolerance etc.

Titanium tubes are widely used on heat-exchanger & condenser, chemical industry, anti-corrosion industry, marine, petroleum industry, pipe lines etc.

What’s more, high quality tubes after special heat treatment, can be used on sports area, like exhaust pipe.

The diameter we can supply is 3 to 114 mm; some special tubes, we can supply to 380 mm big. Usually we can supply the tubes thickness 0.3 mm min.

 

Gr5 tubes are special. Because it is not like common rolling tubes, it is by drilling the holes from a rod to make Gr5 titanium tubes. (Gr5 hollow bar ).

We can supply titanium tubes by the following grades: Gr1, Gr2, Gr3, Gr5, Gr5, Gr7, Gr9, Gr12, Gr11, Gr16, Gr23 etc.

We can also supply welding pipe.

The titanium tube standards are as ASTM B338, ASTM B337, ASTM B861 as your choice.

Square tubes is made from round tubes, it will be used proper mold to produce square tube.
